Who is it aimed at?
The Google Sheets Level I course is designed for professionals who use spreadsheets in their daily work and need to learn basic data management skills within the Google Workspace environment. It's ideal for employees who work with lists, track information, or create simple reports and want to learn how to create and format spreadsheets, use basic formulas, organize data, and collaborate with others. No prior knowledge is required.
What will you learn?
Upon completion of the training, the student will be able to:
- To learn about the Google Sheets work environment and understand how it works in the cloud.
- Manage sheets, cells and data in a basic way, performing common operations of creating, editing, organizing and filling information in a spreadsheet.
- Apply basic formats and elementary formulas to present and perform simple calculations with basic references and functions.
- Organize, filter, and visually represent data.
- Work collaboratively in Google Sheets, sharing files, managing permissions, and using comments, notes, and version history.
