Basically, it involves replacing the current invoice registration process, whether in ledgers or using form 340, with a system where registration is done electronically with the Tax Agency (AEAT). This method will allow information to be provided almost immediately after the transaction takes place.
This new system will only affect certain companies (around 63,000 according to AEAT) but all those that wish to do so can join voluntarily.

What advantages does it offer?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

 
Reduction of the obligations of these companies to submit forms 347, 340 and 390. The refund periods by the AEAT will also be reduced since it will have all the necessary information of the operations immediately for the relevant checks.
Extension of the deadline for submitting self-assessments from 20 to 30 days.

Are we ready?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
