All the information gathered by the virtual agent is transmitted to the live agent, so the latter doesn&#039;t need to repeat all the steps with the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dynamic FAQs;&nbsp;<\/strong>They allow you to ask questions naturally, offering relevant and tailored answers to the customer&#039;s requests, thanks to Natural Language Processing technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Statistics;<\/strong>&nbsp;Self-service techniques increase revenue and boost brand image. By implementing natural language in self-service tools, customer service can be improved by tracking the effectiveness of content and identifying areas where users are not finding what they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instant Responses;<\/strong>&nbsp;Through semantic search, the instant response system can analyze user input and guide them to the information they are looking for.
