After several days of rumors and much speculation, an agreement to purchase the business was finally reached a few weeks ago.<strong>&nbsp;impression<\/strong>&nbsp;from Samsung for a total of 935 million euros.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The reasons\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<br>This investment will undoubtedly allow&nbsp;<strong>HP<\/strong>&nbsp;grow in the hardware business and further strengthen its product portfolio in the segment of&nbsp;<strong>impression<\/strong>&nbsp;laser.<br>From their press release, we can draw the conclusion that it&#039;s a case of adapt or die\u2026 as the firm is currently undergoing a profound restructuring process. The poor results achieved by&nbsp;<strong>HP<\/strong>, The fact that revenues decreased by 141% during the last quarter has led the company to launch a restructuring plan that is expected to be completed before the end of the year.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The timing\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<br>The expected timeframe for completing the purchase is twelve months, and it represents the largest acquisition of&nbsp;<strong>HP<\/strong>&nbsp;Since separating from Hewlett Packard Enterprise at the end of 2015, two companies emerged from this split: HP, which encompasses the personal computer and printer businesses (the majority of the company&#039;s business for over 30 years), and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, which focuses on technology solutions and services for businesses.&nbsp;<strong>Dion Weisler<\/strong>, president and CEO of&nbsp;<strong>HP:<\/strong><em><br>&nbsp;<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>\u00abWhen we became an independent company, just 10 months ago, it allowed us to become agile and focus on accelerating growth and reinventing our industries.\u201d<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<br>It should be noted that, as part of the agreement, Samsung has committed to investing between 90 and 270 million euros in the business of&nbsp;<strong>impression<\/strong>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<strong>HP<\/strong>&nbsp;and undertakes that&nbsp;<strong>HP<\/strong>&nbsp;will be your printer supplier.<br>In&nbsp;<a
