{"id":60290,"date":"2025-09-30T09:37:47","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T09:37:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apen.es\/?post_type=caso-de-exito&#038;p=60290"},"modified":"2025-10-28T09:18:00","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T09:18:00","slug":"luxiona","status":"publish","type":"caso-de-exito","link":"https:\/\/www.apen.es\/en\/caso-de-exito\/luxiona\/","title":{"rendered":"Luxiona"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>NEEDS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective was for Luxiona to have to handle the minimum possible amount of the management of the entire printing fleet, and thus reduce economic costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was also advisable to reduce the time their employees were spending managing requests for consumables and making calls to IT, so they could use that time for their actual work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cWe needed to anticipate problems and meet user printing needs in order to achieve greater company competitiveness.\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was also necessary to obtain good printing functionality, suitable to the requirements of each place or department, in order to standardize 3 or 4 machines for the whole company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SOLUTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apen implemented KYOCERA&#039;s MyQ solution, which allows Luxiona to control the use of its printing equipment, to reduce costs and ensure that users always have printing and digitization services available, allocating costs by department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An audit was previously conducted, in which Apen analyzed printing habits and volumes.
