NEEDS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We were using an ERP system that worked well but didn't meet all our needs. We were working with SAP and were completely restricted from making improvements or adaptations due to the high cost of these modifications. This prevented us from evolving the program as we needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, it was essential to resolve the warehouse, the management of online orders, triangular buying and selling, technical service, contracts, etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOLUTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Apen presented us with the a3ERP global solution that was a very good fit for our company, and without too many difficulties.
Apen had some integrated modules in a3ERP that could be very helpful. With the technical service module, we can manage technical support services more easily and efficiently, controlling technicians, hours, contracts, clients, etc., with the goal of maximizing our resources and improving the quality of service we offer our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apen also suggested the sales management module to us so that we could quickly and easily manage an online store with a high volume of orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have achieved many benefits, and very positive ones at that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, the ERP system is no longer a barrier to making any changes in our company; on the contrary, it adapts and provides us with greater rigor and control. All of this at a much lower cost than the SAP solution we previously had.
We can provide better service to our customers and partners thanks to the management of our ERP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
