{"id":60249,"date":"2025-09-30T09:19:59","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T09:19:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apen.es\/?post_type=caso-de-exito&#038;p=60249"},"modified":"2025-10-28T09:29:02","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T09:29:02","slug":"pocurull-2","status":"publish","type":"caso-de-exito","link":"https:\/\/www.apen.es\/en\/caso-de-exito\/pocurull-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Pocurull"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>NEEDS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We had been working with Apen for a few years and they provided us with a quality service, but from the company we were unable to keep costs under control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEveryone was calling to report incidents, and we had difficulty centralizing everything with one person.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This way of managing IT wasted a lot of our time and involved a very high expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SOLUTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apen proposed a fixed-price maintenance contract that includes all the periodic preventive services, user support, and incident response that we require.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cTogether we negotiated a rate that both parties felt comfortable with.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also have access to all our contracts and services so we can monitor them at all times.
