{"id":60247,"date":"2025-09-30T09:20:39","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T09:20:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apen.es\/?post_type=caso-de-exito&#038;p=60247"},"modified":"2025-10-28T09:27:39","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T09:27:39","slug":"granollers-auditorium-theatre","status":"publish","type":"caso-de-exito","link":"https:\/\/www.apen.es\/en\/caso-de-exito\/teatre-auditori-de-granollers\/","title":{"rendered":"Granollers Theatre"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>NEEDS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The need of the Granollers theater was to be able to outsource its IT services without risks and with qualified personnel to be able to meet all its needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEvery day\u2019s work is different, and we have to adapt if the program requires it.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another basic point was to cover the works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cDuring the week we need standard maintenance, but on the weekend we need extra support.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everything is computerized: Wi-Fi, ticket sales, ticket validation, etc., and the theater cannot be left without service at a time like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SOLUTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apen presented us with a simple but effective proposal, adapted to our possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cThe solution presented by Apen fit within our budget and we felt comfortable with it.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a technician assigned every two weeks, who is always the same and knows the house perfectly\u2026 it&#039;s as if he were one of the staff.<br>We also offer remote support on weekdays with a 4-hour response time for emergencies.
