With a team of 30 professionals and two offices in Barcelona, it offers IT support, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. Founded in 1989, it has worked with prominent clients such as Evenia Hotels, Palladium Hotel Group, and Munich.

NEEDS

We were using an ERP system that worked well but didn't meet all our needs. We were working with SAP and were completely restricted from making improvements or adaptations due to the high cost of these modifications. This prevented us from evolving the program as we needed.

SOLUTION

Apen presented us with the a3ERP global solution that was a very good fit for our company, and without too many difficulties.
Apen had some integrated modules in a3ERP that could be very helpful. With the technical service module, we can manage technical support services more easily and efficiently, controlling technicians, hours, contracts, clients, etc., with the goal of maximizing our resources and improving the quality of service we offer our clients.

Apen also suggested the sales management module to us so that we could quickly and easily manage an online store with a high volume of orders.
