It is a company in the surface repair and restoration sector, specializing in the manufacture and distribution of technical products for repairing surfaces such as wood, plastic, metal, stone, ceramic, PVC, and parquet flooring, among others. With a team of five professionals, it offers advanced solutions for interior and exterior restoration, including fillers, waxes, adhesives, varnishes, and professional kits. Founded in 1982, it is headquartered in Granollers, Barcelona.

NEEDS

From the beginning, they worked with Navision Financials, a rather complex, inflexible, and expensive ERP system to maintain. Although the ERP functioned well, it was too slow to adapt to König's evolving needs.

SOLUTION

The implementation of a3ERP PLUS was proposed as a comprehensive management platform for all areas of the company. It incorporates invoicing, accounting, and manages sales, purchases, stock, warehouses, etc., with great agility and traceability.

Migration was one of the most important parts of the project's initial phase. The ERP system was integrated with the transportation software so that the shipping file could be automatically generated from the delivery note.
