- Inform the RLT (Legal Representation of the Workers).
- Communicate the start of the courseIt must be done at least 7 days in advance.
- Perform the trainingIt should be noted that the employee cannot exceed 8 hours of training per day, and the company or employer must provide the employee with an Individual Training Permit (PIF). This permit stipulates that the employee must dedicate a portion of their working day to training.
- Complete the trainingWorkers must have completed at least one 75% training module. Completion must be reported via the online application.
