The “chat”. A new communication channel between workers

Many people think that chat is only for personal use, for talking with friends or family like we do with WhatsApp, but things are changing. Chat has arrived in offices to become a new communication channel for employees, who can discuss any professional topic easily and immediately. These chats help improve team productivity, coordinate work, and make decisions without anything being overlooked.
Slack It's one of the most popular chat applications in the business world and is an instant messaging tool designed for teams. It allows you to create group chats, which work perfectly for team projects. These group chats simulate a virtual office where everyone can stay in touch, share task reminders, make suggestions, and generally connect in a simple, immediate, and fun way. It allows you to create public chat channels, group conversations, and send private messages.

But Slack is not the only tool that promotes chat as a business communication channel; Flock, Trello, Hipchat, and Noysi are also doing so.
Flock It's a messaging app, similar to Slack but more minimalist. It includes features designed for team management that can help improve productivity within a company. One of these features is called Shared To-Dos, an application created for assigning tasks and setting deadlines, thus reducing reliance on third-party software.
Trello This is another option; in this case, it's a task manager that allows for collaborative work using boards composed of columns representing different statuses. It's based on the Kanban method for project management, with cards that move through different lists depending on their status.
Hipchat It's another application that offers file sharing capabilities and is specifically designed for professional tasks. It's ideal for businesses or work teams. A comprehensive private chat feature allows you to save resources and time on collaborative tasks, increasing workflow and productivity.
Noysi It's another option for business chat and could be considered the Spanish alternative to Slack. It's a platform for easy and effective communication among team members, employees in different workplaces, for customer service, and even for learning communities.
Professional chat emerged to improve employee workflow, project management, and ultimately foster teamwork. This helps improve relationships among employees and creates a much closer and more immediate work environment.
