Plant production module

The plant production module is a complement to the production part of a3ERP that we have designed to include more functionalities and to easily adapt production to the needs of your company.
Designed in Access, it offers great flexibility and ease of modification according to our needs.
All of this is fully integrated with the functionality of a3ERP and the a3ERP database itself.

Goods receipt

Screen designed to facilitate the receipt of goods and automatically assign batch numbers.
We can view pending purchase orders, select received goods, and automatically create a purchase delivery note.
It has the advantage of automatically assigning batch numbers, initially with the date in yyyy/mm/dd format, but we can modify it for the numbering system that your company needs.
Once the delivery note has been created, it will show us a screen to print labels for the received products.
The label design can be tailored to your company's needs, including a barcode or QR code.
It has a system to massively terminate production operations and a system to generate them according to the quantity needed to cover stock or mass-produce orders.

Working time management

We've designed a screen to facilitate the entry of work times, which can be used with a touchscreen if needed. This allows you to see which operators are working, on which production orders, and on which machines.
Designed for ease of use, the system simply defines the production order, phase, and operator code, then presses the start button. When finished, the production order is selected on the screen and the finish button is pressed. The system also allows for managing assembly and disassembly times, as well as recording the number of parts manufactured in each phase.

Component consumption

By reading the information from a barcode or QR code, we can indicate which components, batches, and quantities have been consumed for each production order.
At any time we can check the available stock of the components, allowing us to indicate the quantity manufactured and automatically assign the batch number and expiration date according to the formula we provide.

OP information listings

We have created different models of informative production listings:
•Production costs
•History of movements
•OP Structure
•Time spent
•Pieces per hour manufactured per phase
The lists can be exported to Excel for further analysis.

Article labels

Whether by specifying particular items or selecting a delivery note, the program allows you to print the number of item labels you need.
Various designs can be made according to the needs of each company, including barcodes and QR codes.

Massive modification of structures

To facilitate changes to article structures, we have created a screen that allows for bulk modifications:
•Add a component to the products we select
•Remove a component from the structure of the products we selected
•Massively replace one component with another in products that have it or that we select

Work order management

If you haven't used the work time screen, we've created an easy screen for entering work orders in the factory.
It allows you to enter daily work information in bulk, whether ordered by operator, machine or by production order.
Everything that is entered is recorded as consumption of the corresponding OP in the A3ERP and ready to be analyzed in the production order listings.
