The main objective of this service is to identify areas for improvement and optimization in your SME's current business processes, as well as to define a customized process improvement plan in key areas. Instead of focusing on an entire business process, this consulting service can be geared towards optimizing one or more of your production or manufacturing processes.
Consulting solution for business or production processes
- Understand the strategic goals, key points and objectives of your SME and align them with a focus on digitalization, use of artificial intelligence and improvement of business processes (or, where applicable, the selected manufacturing process).
- Analyze your current business processes to identify potential improvements. For production processes, we will analyze the selected manufacturing process, identifying areas of opportunity for efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate to your SME employees the strategic relevance of process digitization, highlighting how this not only optimizes daily work but also strengthens competitiveness.
- We provide expert advice on business process management and artificial intelligence tools, covering areas from sales and human resources to project management, with a focus on specific solutions to improve efficiency and quality. If, instead, a manufacturing process has been chosen, we will provide advice on tools and technology for optimizing and automating that production process.
- Develop and implement a use case adapted to your SME, using appropriate techniques, for the optimization of a business process or, where applicable, a manufacturing process.
- Identify opportunities or potential uses of AI in the field of business processes or, where applicable, production processes.

¿Which companies are the aid intended for? a non-refundable grant from the kit consulting program?
The advisory services provided by Kit Consulting are geared towards the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in any sector or business type. If the beneficiary company meets the conditions established in the Kit Consulting grant guidelines, it will be eligible for a digital voucher to access digitization solutions.

- Small and medium-sized enterprises in Segments A (companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees), Segment B (companies with between 50 and less than 100 employees) and Segment C (companies with between 100 and less than 250 employees), whose tax domicile is located in Spanish territory, and which demonstrate compliance with the requirements established in articles 7 and 8 of the Regulatory Bases and the second section of the Call for Proposals, may be beneficiaries of these grants.
- Applications must be submitted by the applicant entity's legal representative or a duly authorized representative, and must be submitted exclusively through the automated form, which will include the information outlined in Annex I of this Call for Proposals. This form is available on the Red.es Electronic Headquarters website and is also accessible through the Acelera Pyme platform (https://www.acelerapyme.gob.es/). Applications must be submitted within the deadline established in section twenty-third of this Call for Proposals, as detailed in Article 27 of the Governing Regulations. Therefore, applications submitted through any means other than those described in this section will not be accepted. Applications must be signed by the applicant or a duly authorized legal or voluntary representative of the applicant, using an electronic certificate. If the applicant entity has joint representation, the signature must be provided by all necessary representatives.
