Minimum requirements for all subsidized laptops/PCs

  • You will receive a hardware device that must include the product, a license, and encryption/at-rest encryption to ensure the privacy of data and documents stored on the device.
  • This device can be a new laptop or desktop computer and must meet the following specifications:
    • A processor with a minimum of 4 physical cores and a maximum CPU clock speed of at least 2.9 GHz and having obtained a minimum score of 15,000 in PassMark Software, dated May 13, 2024.
    • A minimum of 16GB DDR4 RAM.
    • A minimum SSD storage capacity of 512 GB is required. Additionally, your data will be protected with encryption; the password will be provided by the Digitizing Agent.
    • A factory-licensed, pre-installed operating system.
    • Integrated graphics, network and sound cards.
    • Input/output interfaces, such as USB or microphone input ports, which may be integrated into the device or via a port replicator.
    • A screen, if it is a laptop it must be at least 13 inches; an optical mouse, in the case of laptops, the integrated mouse or touchpad will be accepted; a webcam with a minimum HD resolution and a smartcard reader (e-ID) with USB interface.
    • In the specific case of desktop computers, you will need a monitor of at least 23 inches, with a minimum resolution of Full HD and LCD, LED or equivalent display technology, at least one HDMI port and an energy label from the European Union; a keyboard and cables for both device power and HDMI.
    • In the case of desktop and laptop computers, they must have at least one ENERGY STAR®, EPEAT™ Silver Registered or TCO certification.
    • MIL STD 810H certification or equivalent. They must meet a minimum of 5 methods, including: high temperature, low temperature, and humidity.

Procedure to request the digital voucher for segment III (self-employed)

1. Sign an agreement with Apen as a digitizer

First and more importantly is signing an agreement which allows us to act as a digitizing agent.

2. Fill in the
additional documentation

We provide you with the documentation required for you to fill in with your information.

3. Authorize Apen as voluntary representative

Us you authorize as a voluntary representative to carry out all procedures. (Digital certificate).

4. Registration in AceleraPyme and digital maturity test

Register at acelerapyme.es and take the digital maturity test in order to submit the application.

Once all the above steps have been completed, send the completed and duly signed documentation to kitdigital@apen.es

If you have already received the digital KIT previously, regardless of whether you have a balance available or if it has expired, request here the extension of the bond.

  • Not to be subject to any outstanding recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission.
  • Do not exceed the minimum aid limit.
  • Comply with the financial and effective limits defined by the different calls for proposals.
