Microsoft Power BI solution integrated with AI

  • Data integration with other databases: you will have access to other databases and be able to make comparisons with the data presented.
  • Data storage: You will have a minimum storage capacity of 1 GB per user.
  • Creation of structured and visual data panels: you will have customized data panels with relevant data and different ways of visualizing it.
  • Data export: You can export data to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and compatibility with different programs you commonly use.

Associated AI component specifications

  • Training in the fundamentals of generative AI in the field of BI and analytics: training to prepare employees regarding the functionalities described above, which will include:
    • Basic principles: approach to current regulations and related ethical and security risks.
    • Specific training in: data integration with other databases, data storage, creation of structured and visual data panels, data export, and use cases with leading AI technologies.
    • Duration: the training sessions will have a total duration of 20 hours over two months for each of the users defined by segment.
    • Human instructor: In both face-to-face and online formats, training will be provided by a human instructor available to users.
    • Diploma of completion: a certificate of acquired AI skills will be awarded upon completion of the training.

Maximum amount of aid in the data analysis category

50 < 100 employees
10 users and a minimum of 3 with associated AI training)

  • For segments I, II and III, it must be a small business, micro-enterprise or self-employed person in accordance with the definitions in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 (a business employing fewer than 50 people and with an annual turnover or annual balance sheet total not exceeding €10 million)
  • Not being in a situation of company in crisis.
  • Be up to date with your tax and social security obligations.
  • Not to incur any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Subsidies Law.
  • Be registered in the census of the State Tax Administration Agency.
  • Not to be subject to any outstanding recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission.
  • Do not exceed the minimum aid limit.
  • Comply with the financial and effective limits defined by the different calls for proposals.
  • To be registered with Acelera Pyme and have a Digital Maturity assessment according to the Digital Diagnostic Test available on the Acelera Pyme platform. (https://acelerapyme.gob.es/kit-digital // Self-diagnosis)
