Managed cybersecurity solution with EDR and MDR
- Installation and initial configuration: of the security tools so you can detect, disrupt and respond quickly to threats.
- Detection and response at endpoints: servers, PCs, laptops, mobile phones… The implemented solution must be able to detect and respond at these points, and EDR protection can be provided along with the rest of the components of the implemented solution or it can be integrated with existing EDR solutions at the endpoints.
- Sources to monitor: The implemented solution must protect against threats that affect various sources of the company such as endpoints or Cloud solutions.
- Threat alerts: This service will alert your company's contacts immediately after detecting potential threats.
- Availability of a team of experts: who will be responsible for answering all questions that may arise related to the service. They will also perform continuous analysis and monitoring of the alerts generated.
- 24/7/365 Monitoring: The service will be operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Threat detection, containment, and response: The service will actively scan for potential threats, preventing, disrupting, and responding to potential attacks. This will prevent them from spreading to other parts of your company's network.
- Monthly follow-up reports: reports will be generated on detected incidents and root causes, as well as the company's security situation.
- Direct assistance: In the event of a security incident, you will have access to a direct contact telephone line with the service team to clarify all issues arising from an attack.

¿Which companies are the aid intended for? a non-refundable sum from the digital kit program?
The digital solutions provided by the Digital Kit are geared towards the needs of Small and medium-sized enterprises, micro-enterprises and self-employed workers, belonging to any sector or type of business. If the beneficiary company meets the conditions established in the terms and conditions of the Digital Kit aid call, it will be able to have a digital voucher to access the digitization solutions.

- For segments I, II and III, it must be a small business, micro-enterprise or self-employed person in accordance with the definitions in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 (a business employing fewer than 50 people and with an annual turnover or annual balance sheet total not exceeding €10 million)
- Not being in a situation of company in crisis.
- Be up to date with your tax and social security obligations.
- Not to incur any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Subsidies Law.
- Be registered in the census of the State Tax Administration Agency.
- Not to be subject to any outstanding recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission.
- Do not exceed the minimum aid limit.
- Comply with the financial and effective limits defined by the different calls for proposals.
