It's a program of financial aid of up to €29,000 Grants awarded for the digitalization of SMEs, micro-enterprises, and the self-employed. The Digital Kit is fully funded by the European Next Generation EU funds.

What is the amount of funding for the digital kit program that I am entitled to?
Segment I
Micro-enterprises with between 1 and less than 3 employees and self-employed individuals
Segment II
Small businesses or micro-businesses with between 3 and less than 10 employees.
Segment III
Small or medium-sized enterprises with between 10 and less than 50 employees.
Segment IV
Medium-sized companies with between 50 and less than 100 employees.
Segment V
Medium-sized companies with between 100 and less than 250 employees.

- For segments I, II and III, it must be a small business, micro-enterprise or self-employed person in accordance with the definitions in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 (a business employing fewer than 50 people and with an annual turnover or annual balance sheet total not exceeding €10 million)
- Not being in a situation of company in crisis.
- Be up to date with your tax and social security obligations.
- Not to incur any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Subsidies Law.
- Be registered in the census of the State Tax Administration Agency.
- Not to be subject to any outstanding recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission.
- Do not exceed the minimum aid limit.
- Comply with the financial and effective limits defined by the different calls for proposals.
