Per\u00f2 no \u00e9s f\u00e0cil detectar el talent en una entrevista i m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil encara \u00e9s conv\u00e8ncer el treballador perqu\u00e8 romangui dins de l&#039;equip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hem escoltat moltes vegades all\u00f2 de \u201cmenys \u00e9s m\u00e9s\u201d i \u00e9s totalment cert, perqu\u00e8 de vegades volem comptar amb equips de treball molt nombrosos, creient que tota la feina podr\u00e0 tirar endavant perqu\u00e8 tenim molts treballadors. Per\u00f2 aquest \u00e9s un pensament erroni, ja que hi ha persones amb un gran talent capa\u00e7os d&#039;organitzar-se perfectament per treure la feina endavant ia m\u00e9s aporten iniciativa, estrat\u00e8gia, idees fresques i \u00fatils i molt de valor afegit a l&#039;empresa. Aquestes s\u00f3n persones amb talent que aconsegueixen que la nostra empresa creixi i sigui m\u00e9s productiva, que camini cap al lloc adequat i es renovi constantment. Per aix\u00f2, avui al bloc d&#039;Apen volem donar-te alguns \u201ctips\u201d perqu\u00e8 aconsegueixis detectar aquests treballadors amb talent i els cuidis com es mereixen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Com recon\u00e8ixer el talent en una entrevista de feina?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00e9s f\u00e0cil recon\u00e8ixer una persona talentosa en una entrevista, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que hi ha diferents \u201cproves\u201d per veure quina actitud pren segons la situaci\u00f3 que es presenti. Per detectar una persona amb talent pots proposar-li que faci una autodescripci\u00f3 de les seves qualitats, per veure qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que destaca per sobre de tot o si \u00e9s sincer del tot, per exemple. Podem barrejar preguntes professionals amb preguntes personals, com ara aficions o saber quins objectius t\u00e9 a curt ia llarg termini, per exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Com premiar el talent?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan haguem pogut veure com treballa i de quina manera ha exercit la seva funci\u00f3 durant els primers mesos, hem de tenir en compte que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9s important fer un seguiment i saber com se sent amb aquesta nova experi\u00e8ncia, per comprovar que no estigui decebut i si ho est\u00e0, saber solucionar-ho a temps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escoltar l&#039;opini\u00f3 que teniu sobre la vostra feina i sobre l&#039;empresa, per poder observar si teniu iniciativa i quin tipus de suggeriments exposeu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ser flexible: aix\u00f2 implica que no siguem massa r\u00edgids si necessita algun dia personal o b\u00e9 necessita conciliar l&#039;horari o una reducci\u00f3 de jornada, \u00f2bviament tot en el moment oport\u00fa, per\u00f2 l&#039;important no \u00e9s la quantitat d&#039;hores que faci sin\u00f3 que compleixi els seus objectius i desenvolupi el seu talent a la nostra empresa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mostrar confian\u00e7a: Ens hem de mostrar oberts i propers al treballador, perqu\u00e8 no senti por o dist\u00e0ncia amb nosaltres i s&#039;atreveixi a explicar-nos tot el que vulgui, si cap problema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La nostra empresa pot cr\u00e9ixer amb treballadors talentosos, que s\u00f3n creatius, proactius i tenen una bona actitud, ja que reflecteixen aquestes qualitats en tot all\u00f2 que fan i poden obrir-nos nous camins de negoci i innovaci\u00f3. El fet de cuidar els treballadors repercuteix molt positivament en la seva productivitat perqu\u00e8 se senten motivats i estan contents de treballar a
