Els treballadors han de tenir una comunicaci\u00f3 proactiva i freq\u00fcent amb els seus supervisors, per la qual cosa \u00e9s m\u00e9s que recomanable fer reunions de forma setmanal o b\u00e9 mensual, per aconseguir fer un seguiment adequat del ritme de treball de l&#039;empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avui al bloc d&#039;Apen volem donar-te alguns consells perqu\u00e8 puguis organitzar reunions el m\u00e9s productives possibles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anomenar un organitzador o speaker; \u00c9s important que alg\u00fa s&#039;ocupi d&#039;organitzar i moderar la reuni\u00f3, per estructurar-ne el funcionament i poder anar anomenant els temes que es tractaran, des de l&#039;ordre i el respecte. Aquesta persona ser\u00e0 lencarregada de dirigir la conversa cap als objectius que shan marcat pr\u00e8viament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixar const\u00e0ncia del que passa a la reuni\u00f3: \u00c9s molt important deixar const\u00e0ncia, per escrit, de tot el que passi a la reuni\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 despr\u00e9s quedi tot clar i especificat tal quina s&#039;ha acordat, evitant malinterpretacions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No fer reunions massives: Les reunions amb tot l&#039;equip han de ser per a coses importants a l&#039;empresa, que afectin tot el personal. Per\u00f2 quan es tracta d&#039;un assumpte espec\u00edfic d&#039;un departament o d&#039;algunes persones, no \u00e9s recomanable fer-ho extensiu a tothom. \u00c9s important focalitzar l&#039;atenci\u00f3 on calgui, sense crear rumors i donar m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 del compte a persones que no hi estan implicades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El prop\u00f2sit ha d&#039;estar per sobre del temps: L&#039;objectiu de la reuni\u00f3 no ha de ser el temps, sin\u00f3 el motiu pel qual aquesta reuni\u00f3 s&#039;ha produ\u00eft.
