D&#039;altra banda, un <strong>m\u00f2dul de serveis<\/strong>, mitjan\u00e7ant el qual siguem capa\u00e7os d&#039;implantar un servei d&#039;atenci\u00f3 al client r\u00e0pid i efica\u00e7 i, finalment, <strong>m\u00f2dul de m\u00e0rqueting<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com hem dit abans, el CRM \u00e9s indispensable per dur a terme el <strong>m\u00e0rqueting relacional<\/strong>, que per si no havia quedat clar, es tracta de crear una bona relaci\u00f3 amb el client, de manera que es cre\u00ef un cercle de confian\u00e7a que faci que les relacions comercials siguin m\u00e9s duradores, donant lloc a millors beneficis i clients m\u00e9s rendibles. En un mercat on cada cop \u00e9s m\u00e9s important la figura del client, necessitem totes les dades possibles per poder satisfer les seves necessitats, desenvolupant productes i serveis que cobreixin les seves expectatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molts CRM ens permeten realitzar una de les f\u00f3rmules de m\u00e0rqueting m\u00e9s utilitzades: el <strong>email m\u00e0rqueting<\/strong>. Els seus resultats s\u00f3n for\u00e7a positius per diversos motius: el correu electr\u00f2nic \u00e9s un dels sistemes de comunicaci\u00f3 per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia a internet, \u00e9s una eina rendible per arribar als consumidors i el <strong>ROI<\/strong> \u00e9s elevat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons estudis realitzats, <strong>un 64% dels clics realitzats en campanyes de <em>ecommerce<\/em> es converteixen en una compra<\/strong>.
